The personal information provided will be used within the legitimate business scope of the Midori Community Center for the purposes listed below.

• ・Receipt, reservation, application, and use of services provided at the facility
• ・Reception, reservations, applications, and use of events and lectures held at the facility
• ・To provide information related to the use of the facility, to send information documents, etc., and to respond to various types of inquiries
• ・To send out our newsletters and to respond to inquiries related to the newsletters
• ・To publish articles and advertisements in our newsletters
• ・Registration and consultation for lifelong learning activities, as well as collection and provision of lifelong learning information
• ・To request your cooperation in surveys conducted by the facility
• ・For analysis and other purposes to improve and enhance our services and to consider new services
• ・To compile statistical data in a form that does not identify individuals for reference purposes for the facility and its customers
• ・For the performance of all other operations incidental or related to the above

Although the provision of personal information is voluntary, we may not be able to provide the services described in section 2 if some or all of the required personal information is not provided.

MIDORI Community Center will not provide your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases.

• （2）When required by law
• （3）When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question
• （4）Cases in which it is particularly necessary to improve public health or to promote the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
• （5）Cases in which it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and in which obtaining your consent is likely to impede the execution of such affairs

Midori Community Center may outsource a part of its operations in order to achieve the purposes stated in section 2. In such cases, the Center will select a contractor that handles personal information appropriately, and will enter into a contract with the contractor regarding the appropriate management of personal information and maintenance of confidentiality, and implement appropriate management.

The Midori Community Center website uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption system for all areas where personal information is entered. In addition, we have adopted measures such as installing firewalls to protect information within the site.
